Exponential Power 2027 Incentive Program

Rules and Criteria

Eligibility

The Exponential Power 2027 Incentive Travel Program is open to all authorized U.S. distributors (dealerships) of battery-operated industrial lift vehicles. Participation is limited to principals and employees of these dealerships who influence or manage the purchase of batteries, chargers, and related products or services within the program's qualification period (January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027).

Earning Points

Points are earned based on purchases of all eligible products and services from Exponential Power during the program period.

  • Points are awarded to the dealership responsible for the sale to the end-user in cases where the product passes through multiple dealerships.

  • For every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, one point will be awarded.

Qualification Requirements

Awards are based on the total points earned by a dealership.

  • Awards will be granted only if the dealership’s account with Exponential Power is in good standing at the program's conclusion.

  • If accounts are delinquent, no awards will be distributed.

To qualify for the incentive trip, the dealership’s selected attendee must be a full-time employee who directly participated in achieving the qualifying sales threshold and holds purchasing authority on behalf of the dealership. The individual chosen should have an active role in ordering, sourcing, or otherwise overseeing the product acquisition process. Substitution of attendees with non-qualifying individuals (e.g., family members or employees without purchasing authority) is strictly prohibited. Exponential Power reserves the right to verify the attendee’s role and involvement in meeting the sales criteria and to deny travel accommodations if these requirements are not met.

Point Requirements for Trip

1 point will be awarded for each $1 of sales of products or services from Exponential Power during the qualification period (January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027)

Total Points required through an individual dealership to earn a trip for two:

900,000 points for one (1) trip for two

450,000 additional points for second trip for two

330,000 additional points for a third trip for two

270,000 additional for each additional trip for two

Point Submission

Orders will be automatically credited if the purchasing dealership is properly identified at the time of order placement. In cases where crediting is unclear, participants must submit a claim with the order details (including order number, product, and claimed point value) to:

Program Duration

The qualifying period begins January 1, 2026, and ends June 30, 2027. To qualify, orders must specify shipment by November 15, 2026 to reach the sprint bonus of a complimentary upgrade. Orders must specify shipment by May 15, 2027 to qualify for the standard program. Trip: September 20–26, 2027.

Awards

Each award consists of a travel package for two individuals to the destination specified in the program materials. Participants must be at least 21 years old.

  • Awards cannot be transferred, substituted, or carried over to future programs.

  • Principals of participating dealerships must designate eligible employees to receive awards. Only current employees at the time of award redemption are eligible.

  • Points and awards are non-transferable outside the qualifying dealership.

  • Since the trip is for two individuals, it is not required that both participants be employees (i.e. employees are entitled to bring a spouse, partner or other person on the trip)

Sprint Bonus

Dealerships that achieve qualification thresholds by December 31, 2026 are eligible for a complimentary cabin upgrade on round-trip airfare to Kona, Hawaii in connection with the September 2027 incentive trip.

  • Tier 1 Sprint Bonus. Dealerships earning 900,000 qualifying points by December 31, 2026 will receive a cabin upgrade for one couple (two travelers) from coach to business or first class on qualifying flights, subject to availability.

  • Tier 2 Sprint Bonus. Dealerships earning 1,350,000 qualifying points by December 31, 2026 will receive cabin upgrades for both couples (four travelers) from coach to business or first class on qualifying flights, subject to availability.

To qualify for the Sprint Bonus, orders must specify shipment on or before November 15, 2026. Orders shipping after November 15, 2026 will count toward the standard program but will not count toward Sprint Bonus eligibility.

The Sprint Bonus is awarded in addition to the standard travel package and does not affect the underlying trip award. Cabin class and routing are determined by Exponential Power and its travel partners based on availability, origin city, and aircraft configuration. Where business or first class service is not offered on a qualifying route, the highest available cabin class will be substituted at Exponential Power's discretion.

The Sprint Bonus may not be transferred, substituted, or carried over. Standard award rules, including eligibility, attendee requirements, and tax responsibilities, apply.

Dispute Resolution and Program Modifications

Exponential Power reserves the right to:

  • Modify or clarify the rules at any time.

  • Cancel awards if participants breach obligations or harm Exponential Power’s reputation.

  • Adjust destination availability or substitute an alternate destination if necessary.

  • Transfer awards or points to related or affiliate programs at its discretion.

All disputes will be resolved solely by Exponential Power program managers, whose decisions are final.
